Spiritual Therapy

Dr. Christina holds a B.Ed., a M.A. in Counselling Psychology, and a Metaphysics PhD. in Holistic Life Counselling. Holistic guidance focuses on all matters of the heart, including body, mind, and soul. Your heart energy is your strength and personal currency. A spiritual focus always puts you in charge of your evolution and healing.

Weekly Meditations

Cultivate your ability to offer unconditional love, starting with yourself. Expand your awareness of Spirit by including all of humanity and our lovely planet, Gaia, in your meditations. Blessing water meditations that send unconditional love to the planet are also taught. Meditation teachings are available weekly.

Metaphysics meets Spirituality

Offering energy and self healing, tai chi, reiki, and manifestation practices. Imparting hidden sacred knowledge through education for those who are willing to move forward in their evolution.
